how do actors and actresses perform sex scenes?
i just watched The Notebook (cried my eyes out) and i was wondering how they perform sex scenes to make it look so realistic? how are they not uncomfortable if they are indeed naked? can anyone explain?

Also they are'nt always naked, completely naked atleast.
