Question by chandrasekhar: The course of study for sex education in schools & its effect in India?

Lot of debate regarding sex education is over but none has thought of the course, its effectiveness in India & by that what we want ; 1) teach children & ask them no for socially not allowed sex OR 2) teach them to avoid unwanted pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmited diseases?
